Shipping/Receiving Clerk
Duties:
- Assist in unloading, loading, and preparing shipments of raw materials and manufactured goods.
- Processing bills of lading, computer data entry, inventory control, pulling of parts, material handling, order verification, and shrink wrapping.
- Other duties as assigned.
Skills:
- Ability to operate a forklift, pallet jack, computer, shrink wrap machine, and scale.
- Know how to arrange shipments through UPS, FedEx, and third-party carriers.
- Regularly lift up to 25-50lbs.
- Stand during an 8-hour shift.
- Detailed oriented.
- Possess excellent math skills.
- Ability to work with others.
- Good listening skills and ability to follow instructions.
- Punctual in attendance and meeting deadlines.
Experience & Education:
- 3-5 years of shipping/receiving clerk experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.

Maintenance Mechanic
Summary:
This position is primarily responsible for maintaining and repairing manufacturing and electrical equipment and building maintenance.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Studies and standardizes procedures to improve the maintenance and repair of equipment.
- Regularly performs mechanical and electrical maintenance and repair work on manufacturing equipment, including but not limited to, injection molding machines, brake presses, spring machines, water jet, and laser machines.
- Repair and replace hydraulic and pneumatic equipment.
- Repair, replace motors, sensors, relays, heater bands, and like items.
- Machine set-up.
- Manage planned maintenance on equipment and perform hourly checks.
- Manage logbooks and updates.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Experience, Education, and Other Job Requirements
- 4 years of manufacturing machine/electrical/building maintenance and repair experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Own personal tools and multiple drawer tool storage chests that are on wheels.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Must be mechanically and electrically inclined and proficient in the use and maintenance of manufacturing machinery. Must also be skilled in reading prints.
- Must have AC/DC motor experience and knowledge of industrial electricity and operate safely.

- Experience with mold machines and plastic processing equipment is a big plus.
- Welding, machining, and tool/part making is also a big plus.

Brake-Press/Laser Machine Setup/Operator
Summary:
The Press Brake/Laser Operator will use a press brake and laser machine to bend, shape, cut, and/or manipulate sheet metal and metal plates.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Operates a press brake and laser machine to manufacture parts and components from sheet metal or metal plates.
- Prepares, sets up, and adjusts press brake and laser machine as required by product plans and production schedules.
- Ensures that there are sufficient raw materials in stock.
- Measures and aligns materials to be used.
- Inspects products, evaluating finished pieces for compliance with quality standards and specifications.
- Performs routine maintenance on the press brake.
- Maintains a clean work area.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Ability to safely and effectively operate or learn to operate press brake and laser machine controls.
- Good listening skills and ability to follow instructions.
- Ability to read, interpret, and follow part prints and plans.
- Basic computer and math skills.
- Ability to work with others

Experience and Education:
- At least one year of experience in metal fabrication or related work is preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
Physical Requirements:
- Physically able to operate the press brake and laser machine.
- Prolonged periods of standing, pushing, pulling, lifting, and carrying materials.
- Must be able to lift 25-50 pounds at a time.
